No, it's not slash. Due to some fanworks here on dA and my own mind, I see these two as having a very odd friendship...thing. YOu guys may see these two again in the future, if I can think up some stuff for them.
I LOVE how this came out. OoO Event though the Joker's vest looks kind of...blah, it still turned out nice. ^^
